Shipping & Delivery
Every DJC Artistry piece is one of a kind, so delivery is arranged according to the size, weight and packaging requirements of the individual piece.
The price shown for each artwork does not include delivery. Delivery is calculated separately for each piece. Free pickup is also available by arrangement.
New Zealand-Wide Delivery
DJC Artistry offers delivery throughout New Zealand for pieces suitable for courier or freight transport.
Urban and rural delivery are available. The delivery charge for each piece is based on its packed dimensions, weight, destination and the level of protective packaging required.
Delivery Charges
Because every piece is different, we do not use one standard delivery charge across the website.
Where possible, the applicable delivery price will be shown with the individual product or calculated before the order is confirmed.
Rural delivery may cost more than delivery to an urban address.
Protective Packaging
DJC Artistry pieces can include natural edges, irregular forms, protruding timber and delicate details. Appropriate protective packaging is therefore an important part of preparing each piece for transport.
Packaging may include heavy-duty cartons, internal cushioning, corner protection, wrapping and other materials appropriate to the individual artwork.
Any packaging allowance required for safe delivery is included when the delivery price for the piece is calculated.
Large or Unusually Shaped Pieces
Some pieces may be too large, heavy, fragile or unusually shaped for standard courier delivery.
Where this applies, the product may be marked as requiring a freight quote or collection by arrangement. We will discuss the available options with you before delivery is confirmed.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination, courier or freight service and the time required to safely package the piece.
We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe where possible. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless specifically agreed with you.
If there is a significant delay, please contact DJC Artistry and we will follow up with the delivery provider.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
Please let us know if access to the property is restricted or there are any special delivery requirements that may affect the courier or freight provider.
Free Pickup
Pickup is available free of charge by prior arrangement.
We will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time and provide the pickup details once your order is ready.
Damage During Delivery
If DJC Artistry arranges the delivery, we remain responsible for ensuring the piece reaches you in acceptable condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the item and all packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
