HANDCRAFTED IN TARANAKI • ONE-OF-A-KIND WOOD ART

DJC ARTISTRY

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the DJC Artistry website or purchase a piece from us.

DJC Artistry is a New Zealand trader

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.

01

About DJC Artistry

DJC Artistry creates and sells one-of-a-kind handcrafted timber art, lighting, décor and furniture by Taranaki wood artist Dallas Corp.

02

One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Unless stated otherwise, DJC Artistry pieces are unique and only one of each piece is available.

A piece may be removed from sale once it has been purchased or is otherwise no longer available.

03

Natural Timber

Timber is a natural material and may contain variations in colour, grain, knots, texture, cracks, weathering and form.

These natural characteristics are part of the individual artwork and are not faults where they form part of the piece as shown or described.

04

Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and other information are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device used to view the website.

Nothing in this section removes your rights where a product does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet New Zealand consumer guarantees.

05

Prices

Product prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

Product prices exclude delivery. Delivery is calculated separately according to the individual piece, destination and packaging requirements.

Free pickup may be available by arrangement.

06

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected piece. An order is subject to availability and successful payment.

Because each piece is one of a kind, there may occasionally be a situation where an item has already sold through another channel before the website has been updated.

If we cannot supply a piece you have paid for, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

07

Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available through the website or otherwise agreed with DJC Artistry.

An order may not be dispatched or released for collection until payment has been received.

08

Delivery

Delivery terms and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

09

Returns, Faults & Damage

Returns, refunds, faults and delivery damage are managed in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Damaged Deliveries Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.

10

Change of Mind

DJC Artistry does not generally offer refunds or exchanges solely because a customer has changed their mind.

This does not affect any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law.

11

Commissioned Work

Where DJC Artistry agrees to undertake commissioned work, the design, price, payment arrangements, timing and other requirements may be agreed separately with the customer.

Natural variations in timber mean that no handmade timber piece can be guaranteed to exactly reproduce another piece.

12

Website Content & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, designs, written content, branding and other original material displayed on the DJC Artistry website belong to DJC Artistry or are used with permission.

Website content may not be reproduced, commercially used or represented as another person's work without permission.

13

Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are subject to New Zealand law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
