A one-of-a-kind coffee table handcrafted entirely from swamp kauri sourced from the west coast of the Waikato. A richly grained timber top sits above a sculptural kauri base finished in metallic silver, bringing together natural warmth and striking contrast.
Description
Handcrafted by Dallas, this distinctive coffee table celebrates the flowing grain and natural contours of New Zealand swamp kauri. Its irregular tabletop follows the shape of the timber, allowing the wood itself to guide the design.
Warm golden tones and expressive grain give the tabletop its individual character. Beneath it, a naturally shaped swamp kauri base is finished in metallic silver, highlighting its sculptural form.
The base is timber with a metallic silver finish. The contrast between the silver and the natural timber top makes this a distinctive centrepiece for a living space.
Both a practical coffee table and an individual piece of timber art, this is a one-of-a-kind DJC Artistry creation.
Handcrafted in Taranaki, New Zealand, no two DJC Artistry pieces are exactly alike.

Timber History
The previous owner advised that the timber had been carbon dated to approximately 40,000 years old. A dating report has not been provided, so this age has not been independently verified by DJC Artistry.
